Neighborhood:

I joined a while back and have neglected reading for quite some time.

I had surgery on the 12th of this month and I feel FABULOUS! Still on a somewhat liquid diet (post-op) and will gradually get to the "real food".

I intend to stay as I need all the advice and support I can get!!

This place is AWESOME!

Welcome back, Gabby. Getting on line and staying focused is what got me through the holidays last year with out a weight gain. And I intend to recommit to posting daily this holiday season too. Staying caught up with the neighborhood will really help you keep your focus and commitment to your own program, so post away!

Hi Gabby, this is a great place. I am glad to hear you feeling great! Everytime I have a question or just want to look for great information I come to the neighborhood. I have even told some friends at work who have had wls about the site and a few are waiting for me to give them the address, which I will Monday at work. I needed to make sure I had it correct. The neighborhood has helped me alot, I love it.
