Paige...honey...slow down a minute and let your body accept this new loss. Some of it was water weight, I'm sure. If you keep these 7 off for the next month, you will be better than you were last month, right?

Keep dancing and living. Enjoy this weight for the time being and keep eating healthy. Be rid of those slider foods forever. White flour is the devil!

So... let me understand this... you were losing, and doing fine... and someone suggested you might... maybe... could possibly... just potentially...! gain!! So you didn't wait for that possibility to happen, you jumped right in and messed with what wasn't broken... action-smiley-066.gif

Is there any possibility that we're related?? cool-smiley-013.gif

Paige, I think I already gave advice to you on another thread, yes? If I remember, I said something to the effect of adding more calories and getting out your tape measurer??? Does that ring a bell?

Paige,

If your picture is a current one it appears that you are at a healthy weight. Where are you compared to your ideal weight? If you are active (and it sounds as though you are getting sufficient exrcise) 1500 calories is not out of the ordinary and just as eating too many calories will cause weight gain, not eating enough and maintaining a high workout regimen will cause your body to go into protection mode to feed itself and will start eating up muscle tissue. 1000 calories a day was what most of us were taking in our first year of surgery and I dont think it was meant to be that for the rest of our lives. I am positive you burning much more than 1000 a day.
