Hi All, I have a question for all you pros. I lost 46 lbs in approx 5 weeks. I am very pleased with that but, I have gone for almost a week and a half only losing 2 lbs. I have not changed anything that I have been doing and I am still eating the same. Is this a normal thing or what. Thanks, Ed

Plateaus are completely normal Ed. I wouldn't be worried yet. If you are really worried though,
give us an idea of what you are eating daily and your exercise and we'll see if theres any room to tweak.

I agree with Buffy....But I do remember feeling that way a few months back, I have learned here that if its not lbs were losing we are still losing inches....I also have read that its normal to lose 1 to 2 lbs a week so just hang in there it might suprise you at the next weigh-in.....sending you lots of hugs

Very normal! I would go three weeks without losing a single pound and then BAM drop eight. Ah, those were the days of crazy!
You can try to get things moving by changing up your exercise. Like, if you've been walking, try doing jump rope. Or if you've been riding the bike, try walking. Confuse your body...it thinks that it has you all figured out right now!
