Today, I am poor, ole' Bob Cratchett!

My son just wrecked my brand new 2008 Cobalt. The first payment isn't even due yet!
Like Bob, I will see the bright side. No one was injured. Cars are replaceable, kids aren't.

Like the prized turkey, I was suprised by my wonderful insurance agent, who had upgraded our policy so that we not only have accident forgiveness, but a lower deductible.

My husband is starring as Ebenezer. He sees no humor, or upside to this situation. I am sure my son will be "humbugged" all the way home by his dad. But like Mr Scrooge, he, too, will come to accept the bright side of this situation in time. I don't know how many ghostly visits He will have to get first.(Not many I hope, I am a very light sleeper!)

And as Tiny Tim would say...(no, not tiptoe through the tulips!) God bless us everyone!

I think I'm Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. I've gone through most of my life being made fun of and not really fitting in anywhere. But, like Rudolph, I had to go on my own journey of discovery to find out that I'm wonderful just the way I am, and I have a purpose in life.

Why I am Mrs. Santa Claus of course! Who else? She is nurturing (takes care of Santa's needs so he can take care of the world); always has a smile and a greeting whether she has to feed visitors or reindeer or elves; keeps the house clean and warm (have you ever seen the North Pole residence of the Claus' dirty in spite of all the creatures running in and out?); is ready with a hot cuppa no matter what time of day or night; and you don't really believe that the jolly ole' elf himself organizes that menagerie do you? She is the queen of multitasking and does it with a smile on her face!

If I am not her, I at least strive to be!!!!!! Merry Christmas everyone!

I would be Crystal, Frosty's sweetheart that he eventually gets married to by Parson Brown.

Crystal came to life because Frosty gives her the gift of love. Can you tell who is smitten at the moment???

Kaye...is it the 12 days of gingerbread? Or are you just like any other construction team...set a deadline and then add a month to the completion date! HA!
