i wanted to post this i read alot of blogs yesterday and every link i could find on post op wls
i tried the cottage cheese test i found in a link pouch rules

i was amazed to find out that my pouch was still very tiny and only holds about 3.5 oz it was such a relief to know it is still there and
intacted. it really got me a revved up to get back on track. I can do this

i have heard alot of people refering to walk away the pound how is the workout?
i have a denise austin circuit training workout that i'd like to use
was wondering if there is a reason so many say walking would circuit training work also?
well all i will not be joining you tonight in chat i am away from the house again tonight have to take a friend to dr and will be a late night so will
stay at the cottage again and will have no internet connection
but the good news is we will have it after first of the year

I don't think it matters what exercise you are doing as long as you are doing something and part of it is aerobic.
I've used Denise Austin tapes in the past & her workouts are good.

CONGRATULATIONS ANGEL! I told you YOU CAN DO IT!!
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! I'm glad that that you now know your pouch is not broken....just eating the right things will satiate you!
As for the exercise...ANYTHING that MOVES YOUR BODY IS A WORK OUT! SO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

When I was really at my heaviest, I just enjoyed listening to an hour of great music and bopping around the living room when no one was watching. I still like to do this sometimes--it makes me happy, makes me feel beautiful. Only now, I really can "bop" in a big, big way! The point with changing up your exercise is so that you work different muscle groups and so that you never get bored. There are as many different fun things to do with your body as there are things to feed it and clothes to put on it. It's all for joy! So find what you love and get your groove on!
