I don't think it matters what exercise you are doing as long as you are doing something and part of it is aerobic.
I've used Denise Austin tapes in the past & her workouts are good.
Best wishes for a healthy New Year!

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! I'm glad that that you now know your pouch is not broken....just eating the right things will satiate you!

As for the exercise...ANYTHING that MOVES YOUR BODY IS A WORK OUT! SO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

When I was really at my heaviest, I just enjoyed listening to an hour of great music and bopping around the living room when no one was watching. I still like to do this sometimes--it makes me happy, makes me feel beautiful. Only now, I really can "bop" in a big, big way! The point with changing up your exercise is so that you work different muscle groups and so that you never get bored. There are as many different fun things to do with your body as there are things to feed it and clothes to put on it. It's all for joy! So find what you love and get your groove on!
