Fun Friday?Change Tami to Marla. Hi Tami!!!
This week the question is from me... so I will pick the winners and tag the Neighbor to provide next weeks question.
A big budget movie/ musical is being made about your LIFE (in general, not just WLS). You have ultimate control. What is the name of your movie/ musical? Who is directing and who will you cast as yourself and the other key roles? Also, if yours is a musical what is the name of the show stopping song that everyone will be singing as they leave?
PRIZES!2 prizes will be awarded. Celadon has put up 2 surprise prizes! <---- thanks, hun!
GAME RULES!1. Must be a registered member of the Neighborhood to play.
2. You may win one prize each month, but you should play each week. (2007 Fun Friday Hall of Fame)
3. Two fabulous prizes are awarded each week.
4. Neighbors must answer the Fun Friday Question on the forum.
5. Marla will name the winners on Wednesday, January 9, 2008. She will also tag the Neighbor who will ask next week's question. Tagged person must pm the question to both Kaye and Marla by Thursday Evening (January 10, 2008).

Hiya Jeanie. In answer to your question. The winners are posted in the specific thread to which their response won. The person who supplies the question picks the winners and posts names. Then you pm you address to the person who is responsible for the prizes. Sometimes we do Fun Fridays just for fun with no winners.
So on Wednesday January 9, 2008 I will post who I pick as the 2 winners and tag the next neighbor for the next Fun Friday Question. Thanks for playing. I loved your answer!

Okay... sorry Twinlet. I thought this would be fun.
If you want to think, answer my original question. If you don't want to think, answer the question found below. Or you can choose door number 3 and answer both questions.
Answers must be PG!!!
New Question - If the Wicked Witch of the West melts in water... how did she ever bathe?
I think she used alcohol based Wet Naps!

She didn't bathe. She was a stinky old witch!

The movie question is pretty ambitious for a Friday. Dang... I can get behind the witch question though because I've gone to Alaska on the Green Tortoise, so I know how she did it! She lived on whiskey and smudged with pot smoke every night around the campfire with the twenty-somethings who played guitar and sang Kumbaya... BTDT. This was pre-flying monkey days, of course...

Try as I might, I can't wrap my brain around such a complicated question. My life is a soap opera, not a major musical! I am the typical diva anti-heroine of any soap you would like to mention. So much so that I don't watch them!
As for the witch, she just tweaked her nose and she was clean. After all, she was a witch wasn't she?

Great answer, Celadon! Afterall, she was a witch!

The movie title has already been used, DRAT! But here is it.......
Title:
As Good As It Gets Starring:
Me (as me) or Shirley McClain would do
Hubby (as hubby)
Daughter (as herself)
Son (as himself) Ryan Stiles is his stunt Double/ spot on
Plot revolves around a likeable, bumbling family who spin their wheels
trying to be "good enough" until they discover they already ARE! This is
as Good as it Gets... So Live and Enjoy!!!!

"Choosing to Live"
A Drama along the lines of "The Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood" and "Girl Interrupted."
The plot focuses how I have overcome the many the trials in my life.
Written by Michael CrichtonDirected by Frank Darabont
Staring:
Winona Rider as Myself
Johnny Depp as my husband, Matt
Daniel Radcliffe as my son, Alex
Dakota Fanning as my daughter, Meghan
Mickeefynn...I TOTALLY can see you being played by Shirley!!! That is so darned perfect.
I haven't spent much time thinking about this, but my first inclination would be to call it:
"My Mother Means Well"
I'd be played by either Margaret Cho (too easy), Jennifer Tilly (but she'd have to get smart and less bimbo) or Catherine Zeta-Jones...I just think she's a freaking Goddess...she'd have to cut off her hair and lose the accent, but it would be fun to watch!
my Mom would play the role of herself...really, nobody else could do her justice
It would be a two person show. Just me and her...and it would be hysterical. Songs performed by her would include:
"Such a pretty face"
"Don't die alone"
"You're too picky"
"More lipstick"
"Don't eat too much"
"How come you don't call me"
Songs by me:
"Okay...gotta go now"
"I'm not gonna settle"
"He's too OLD!"
"My lipstick is fine"
"Stay out of my plate"
"Pour me another"
Good times...
