SF Teriyaki Sauce for Chicken or Turkey Tenderloins

1 cup soy sauce,
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup sf orange marmalade Smuckers
4 cloves garlic mashed

Warm mixture gently in a little pan until melted together... store in a small container in the fridge.

Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture 3-4 hours or even overnight... then roast them at 325 until really tender basting with the sauce in the pan bottom. About an hour.

Great for a quick marinade for salmon... or shrimp... only soak for about 15 minutes when using fish.

Tall one,
That sounds great. Are you using sugar free marmalade?
Did you submit this to Celadon for the cookbook? You should!
