Hot Crab Dip

1 package cream cheese - (8 oz)
2 tablespoons cream
2 green onions -- finely chopped
2 teaspoons prepared white horseradish
1 can lump crab meat - (4 1/2 oz) -- rinsed, drained
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Butter a small, shallow baking dish. Mix cream cheese, cream, green onion and horseradish until well combined. Fold in crab meat.

Transfer mixture to prepared dish. Smooth top; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.

I make a hot crab dip too. There are so many things that you can add to it that will change the flavor. For me, it is great to have hot or cold and I just eat a spoonful or two with some cottage cheese and a tomato slice and I am full for hours!
