I just stumbled on this...
Workout

All of the exercises shown here are ones that my personal trainer had me do. I was clicking through it thinking...why did I pay her all of that money??? You can have the same training for free right here! I've got to tell you, the "Plank" was my most difficult excercise to do. Let me know how it works for you!

I still do all the exercises my trainer had me doing from a few years ago too! Pretty cool! I might have to try that plank one though...dang that looks hard! Just because your lifting your weight with your arms basically.

I will tell you..I have been back at the gym...working harder and I really did MISS IT! It's hard to fit in my schedule at times but I get a much better workout. I've been rotating days...arms/shoulders/back, legs etc.

Been sleeping like a baby!! But man....8:30 and Im ready to KNOCK OUT! lol...

Thanx for the link Kim.....It was on my list of things to do this weekend to find a quick routine to do in the AM. I'm going to do this one, it looks fairly comprehensive if I add some crunches to it.

Bump!
I'm at home today and am not able to get out to the gym or go for a long walk...so I pulled this up and am in the middle of doing it right now. Wanna join me???

I am using 5 pound hand weights and am doing three sets of 15 for each exercise. It's a great workout! I've been doing bits and pieces of it at the gym, in between the machines, but have not done the whole thing at one go...let me tell ya, I'm breaking a sweat here!

Drop what you're doin' and pick up some hand weights!

I printed up the exercises.... they look like they will do the job!

Will give them a try tonight. I'm sure Amos and Annie will think that I've lost my mind when I do the floor exercises!

Great link Kim. Thanks for being so generous and sharing it with us. I think I will add this in now that I am going to Curves in the early AM, I can do this in the afternoon at least three days and I will really feel like I am accomplishing something.
