Hi All,
My name is Sherri and I live in Philadelphia PA. I had RNY 6/10/04, lost 130 pounds and gained back 20. I have relost 6 of those 20 because I started off the New Year with the 5 day pouch test! It works and I know I will lose the rest. This site is great for helping one to work their tool.
Anyway, I am a special ed teacher, working with 3-4-5 yr olds with special needs. It is demanding and rewarding and very exhausting! It certainly is easier with my new body.

i just joined a week ago... found the 5DPT. finished Day 2 today... i did an extra day of liquids. I'm set and ready for Day 3. seems to be helping me --- gained back 20 of the 42 lost.

I am far from Philly --- TEXAS:) but welcome and please participate and post and keep us updated.
