Good morning!!
I made the most wonderful protein drink this morning, one I got from one of these posts...It's my regular chocolate protein mix, 8 oz. milk, 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter, 1/2 banana and ice cubes. It's delicious and a great change from the basic chocolate powder and milk.
What I'm wondering is this....once I blended all of that together in the blender it made about 16 oz. !! I am sipping on it now but curious to get some feedback on whether that might be way too much to drink! If we're only supposed to eat around 8 oz., am I doing myself damage by drinking 16 oz. of liquid??? Or is it just "'passing through" ?? Of course, if I'm full I'll stop.
Just thought I'd ask!!
Have a great day!!

I do 16 oz all the time. You have to make sure to sip &, like you said, stop if you get full. It usually takes me 30-60 minutes of sipping for 16 oz.
Good pic, by the way!

I only do 4-6 oz shakes with plain water and protein powder then add a few cubes to cool it off. I don't think I could or would want to do a 16 ouncer!

DUH! BRAIN FART!! DANGER, WILL ROBINSON!!!
I was going to say something here & then realized I was thinking with my butt instead of my brain. But, once I hit the add post button I couldn't delete it. So, this is just me being stupid!
Sorry!

16oz. would just take me a long while to finish. But chocolate, PB and banana are a fabulous combination.
