This would seem really stupid to some people, but I know you WLSers will feel my joy.
I crossed my legs in church Sunday & it was so cool. None of that ankle on the knee stuff some of us used to do! I looked across the aisle at my friend, Lora, and pointed at my legs and she gave me a thumbs up. It's good to have friends to share your excitement.

Jeanie, I totally get this. I'm so happy for you. I find that sitting this way is so comfy now, but my tail bone hurts almost all the time now. Not enough padding anymore. I hope that you keep the good stuff and never face any negatives. And yes, I'm so doing the dance with you.

Hi Jeanie..............congratulations on this NSV. The first of many to come.

I find that I automatically sit with my legs crossed most of the time now. It's very comfortable. Like Sandi I do get a sore tail bone now. I also get numb butt cheeks so find I have to swap legs from time to time.

Can't wait to hear about your next NSV. Keep up the good work.

I totally get the aching tail bone thing, Sandi & Barbara! Sometimes I just roll over on my side to relieve it when I'm watching TV. I use a rolled towel on my lower back because of a bad disc & sometimes I move it under my tail bone.

Celadon: I don't let Lucille get too out of control so she was waltzing! LOL

Jean, Congrats on that particular milestone! You and I are arrival buddies, and I'm so thrilled for you!

Much of my weight carry has always been in my legs, so this particular milestone is still a long ways away for me, but, I am anxiously awaiting it's arrival! Meanwhile, I am mostly enjoying going through my closet and finding all the old clothes that I couldn't wear for the last 5 years and thrilling myself with a new item each day...!

Don't worry!! I will!! So far, the closest I've come to a milestone is being able to put my feet together without straining... My legs have always been my heaviest part, and for a while, I couldn't put my ankles together due to the size of my calves.

Now I can, and there's even space between my calves now too! Yippee!!! I don't really expect any other milestones until I lose another 40 or so... that's just the way my body is shaped though... and it's kewl... I can wait!!
