Hello Neighbors!!
Here are the guidelines we are working on to make the Neighborhood Swap Events as successful as can be.
Swaps are open to Foundation Members, Citizens and Members with 10+ posts (we changed the "PIP" system to show 1 PIP (little blue box) after 10 posts. It seems if a person has been around long enough to post 10 times then they have proven their genuine interest in being a part of the Neighborhood
fun.
Swap gift cost is up to $15, then postage. The amount you spend is up to you. However, DO NOT exceed the $15 limit before postage. Please keep postage costs in mind. The swaps should be fun and friendly. WE don't want anyone breaking the bank for shipping costs!
Swap participants are on the honor system to meet their commitment.
Swaps will be held approximately every 6 weeks. If you feel that you are unable to honor this commitment, then please wait until another Neighborhood Swap begins to join.
Neighbors who sign up and then find they are unable to honor their commitment are asked to PM Lynn or Marla BEFORE the closing date of the swap.
If you find you are unable to continue to participate after a closing date, please PM Lynn or Marla ASAP so that a solution can be reached.
(I will make arrangements to contact the AWOL participants, etc.
If we have to make a decision about a no show, etc. we can cross that bridge then....)
Any ideas for upcoming swaps are encouraged. Just let me Know!!!!
