One week down and ~8# down! I am amazed at how commitment to the 5dpt has "trained" my habit to watching the clock, and monitoring my fluid intake and timing! The extreme craving for carbs is gone (for now...I know it can sneak back in!) and I am noticing quite a bit more energy. I do have a question....does anyone have any suggestions for a fiber supplement that is mild. I believe the decrease in carbs has caused constipation!

I just finished the 5dpt too, but haven't had that problem <crossing my fingers that I won't> I find that if I eat two bites of protein to one of a healthy veggie, I don't seem to have that issue. Sorry I can't be of more help.

A little bit of Fiber 1 in some yogurt always did the trick for me. You have to get the twiggs version though not the flakes or other cereal types. This way it is more like a supplement and less like a snack :)
