Judy! I was looking for you. Can you suggest a video for a low-impact cardio workout?
Jeanie! Do I have a website for you
http://collagevideo.com/On the left side of the screen, click on 'Goals and Level'. On the next screen, on the left side of the screen again, under 'Workout Types' click on Aerobics. You'll get a screen to enter your fitness level and choose DVDs or VHS (or both). The descriptions of the workouts will tell you the workout length and the impact level, as well as the complexity of the choreography. It's a fun and easy-to-use site -- I'm there all the time. You should be able to find something you'll enjoy.
Richard Simmons has just released a collection of all the Sweatin to the Oldies workouts (there are 4 of them) on DVD! His stuff is lots of fun and I will have to say he is the one who ignited my love for workout videos! You might check out that collection -- it's on Collage too.
If you see any specific workouts at Borders or somewhere and want to ask me about them, feel free! If I don't know anything myself, I'll look it up for you.
Have fun!
Judy
