After seeing the discussions about workout videos and trading them, I decided to look at netflix to see if they had any for rent. Guess what? They have several so I have added a couple to my que to see if I like them. I could be a fun way to keep the routine fresh and not be stuck with a DVD I don't like. To find them go to http://www.netflix.com/AllGenres?lnkctr=RhcL2AllGenres and at the very bottom on the right you will find the videos.
