I'm relatively new here too (I lurked for awhile) and just noticed the new folks who found this board from Susan's interview on The View. I just wanted to say "Hello!" to all of you. You've found a great place here!

I came home from work and look at what I found!!! I am SOSOSOSSOSOSOOOOO excited for the Neighborhood AND all of you new neighbors who are looking for a support system. party0003.gif (Just wait til JULIE SUNSHINE SEES what happened while she was on vacation!)
We are a great neighborhood here... we support each other through the ups and downs of WLS but most importantly....we support each other in LIFE. We are in it for LIFE not just for awhile. We don't take this all for now, we take it forever.
No judgement, no criticisms, only love and understanding, honesty and truth..sometimes put bluntly but always with love. If you have a weak moment, get up and and start over.
I welcome each and every one of you and I can't wait to get to know you all. Join us for Fun Friday's and check out the neighborhood swaps and find yourself a mentor in the hood. A Buddy to be accountable with, someone who seems to "get it" and who seem on the same page as you. Check out the recipes, meet Celadon our Cookbook editor...oh there are so many people I want you to meet....
Please get involved because you never know when your story or your words will help another. Pay it forward!
Ask questions, read through the library, post often. If you need a hug, let us know. As Kaye has always says... "you never walk alone!" love0028.gif
