oh don't feel bad! So many people feel like a failure because they regain weight. Tha problem is carbs. You needs to check out the 5 dpt. It really shows you how much your pouch still really works!

Gaining weight has happend to so many of us. Carbs and Slider Foods are the bad guys here. The great thing about having WLS is that even if we gain weight our tool is still there and still ready to work for us. I know you can get back on track and the 5dpt will help you get started. We will all cheer you on. Way to go for taking control again!!!

Oyami, since you've found this site, you can see that you are obviously NOT alone. I've not done the 5 dpt, but I know that many others are joining this weekend to start it. I'll bet you will have loads of company!
There are many here who feel alone too who will benefit from hearing your story, if you care to share. Who knows who you will help!
Welcome. I hope that you will enjoy our company, and that you will gain the support you seek.
best wishes,
