Well like I said before I work at a Physical therapy clinic.

I have always wanted to learn how to run. Not just , clump clump, clump, fat flyin, arms flalin, gasping for breath, but controled pacing, every body function under control. Smoothly running with pride even on a treadmill. Well one more of my great Physical therapist I work with is going to teach me how to run under control. He runs a total of 15 miles per day at an unbelievable pace. I call him white lightnin' because he is so fast. But always under control.
Well wish me well I will learn how to run, I start at 10:00 on Saurday morning.
I love my job and I love my boys! ( Physical Therapists)

Patty, I hope that you won't mind that I lifted this to a new thread...I posted a comment on the thread where you left it, but I was afraid that it would get lost.

Please share anything that you learn about correct form here! I'm wanting to learn all I can, and I think that there are other post wls people who are learning to run too.

Thank you in advance.

I too am interested in what you learn about this topic. I am training for a marathon in June and ANY help I can get to keep injury away is welcomed!

I't kinda funny. People think ... Ok I will run, no problem. But I see it all to often , injuries and in pain then people just give up. I wanted to learn from someone who knows it is a sceince. Doing it right will maybe lead to me acually liking an exercice. Go figure?! What a concept.
