
Hi everyone,
Well, here is near the end of day 3 on the PT. I started the day with a hard boiled egg. 1 1/2 hrs later I had the tuna patties (it made 4 so I had just one for BF) and 2 eggs scrambled. Wow, I couldn't finish it.
Lunch: cottage cheese with 1 oz of white chicken breast, pepper and garlic granules. Num!!!!
*I was so proud of myself....my daughter wouldn't bite into her grilled cheese I made them for lunch. So I took a bite and showed her. Then I went to the sink and took it out of my mouth with my back to her.
Tonight I made the chicken salad. Wow - it makes a lot. I served up 1 C on 3 leaves of romaine. Couldn't finish it - so I had about 1/2 and 1 leaf. Less than 15 minutes. '
Had a hard time drinking all the water today because of the 30 minutes rule. I did get my coffee in though.
I'm going to down another 14 oz of water here pretty soon and then wait to have my SF pudding.
OH and I bought a new scale today after 10 yrs. It is so far off. I know we should measure instead of weigh, but I keep check of myself more closely if I weight daily.
