well surgery is 6 days away 02-05-08 and started liquid diet yesterday. I'm starting to get a little nervous hope it passes??????.....

Hey Mike --- I knew we were in the final countdown for you!!! Yes, there is a big bucket full of nerves in the coming days.... hopefully for you it comes and goes. Just know that you have a big group of friends here in the 'Hood who are pulling for you. Now drink your liquids and get that body ready --- you are about to arrive!

Oh Mike...yippee! However, a whole week of liquids? Yikes, you'll be clean as a whistle!

Darien arrives tomorrow and a lady that I work with just got her date of 2/11. Lots of folks arriving in time for a nice spring bloom!

Think positive thoughts and settle those nerves down. If that doesn't work, the doc will give you a nice shot of something in your IV that will make all the worries go away!

Hi Mike, good to see you! All will be well. How nice that you are arriving just before spring! It will be a lovely time for your renewal as well as the earths! Calm your nerves and take a deep breath, you are embarking on the greatest adventure you have ever been on!

The overwhelming emotions are part of the end of the waiting game. You'll do great, you are prepared with a lot more information that the most of us were when he were scheduled. Knowledge is power as they say!!! Keep posting!

Today is the Day!!! Mike was at the hospital at 5:45 a.m. for check-in this morning. He should be in deep sleep about now! Please join me in sending prayers and good wishes his way --- today he is full "Steamer" ahead!!!! He promised to contact me on Thursday or Friday - so I will keep you posted.
