Here's a simple challenge for all of us today!
Choose ONE thing to improve upon today.
I'm already making a big long list in my sick li'l head,,
but NO, I say! ONE thing to improve upon and record
on paper or the computer...somewhere you know you can keep
track of progress.
I've not been getting all my water in and so, I'm
committed to doing that today. How much water is enough???
Take your weight and divide it by 2 and there's your number.
Once I know the specific I'm shooting for...I can be
conscious about going after that goal.
What ONE thing will your challenge include???
