I took your basic "Baked Oatmeal" recipe and tweeked it to fit what I had in my pantry....here's the original recipe and my substitutions can you run the numbers for me???

THIS IS A MISTAKE....DID NOT MEAN TO POST 2X.....SORRY!

Baked Oatmeal
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
2 cups oats, rolled (raw) -- use the quick variety, not old fashioned
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk, skim......*1 c Whole Milk
1/2 cup egg beaters® 99% egg substitute.....*2 Eggs
1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened......*1/2 c Smashed Bananas
4 tablespoons brown sugar twin......*4 T Xylitol (natural sugar substitute)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
*1/2 c Craisins
*1/3 c Chopped Pecans

Preheat oven to 325°. Combine dry ingredients and add wet ingredients. Mix it all well. Pour into a square glass baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick spray on sides and bottom. Bake for about 45 minutes. Let cool, cut into servings and store in the refrigerator or freezer.

Per Serving: 186 Calories; 7g Fat (31.5% calories from fat); 6g Protein; 26g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 57mg Cholesterol; 258mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 Grain(Starch); 0 Lean Meat; 1/2 Fruit; 0 Non-Fat Milk; 1 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates.

You didn't mention if you liked it or not. How was it, looks like it would be good but I would use the skim milk and egg beaters to cut down the fat since I don't tolerate fat too well yet.

I like it...actually I had just made it when I posted this... at first I was not sure if I'd like it...but it seems (like all good things) it gets better with time...dh tried it and said it wasn't sweet enough for him (Yeah! party0002.gif All mine! He is a baker, you know, so he's used to super sweet things).....

OOOOOPS! I ALMOST FORGOT THAT I ADDED 1 SCOOP BODY FORTRESS PROTEIN POWDER IN CASE SOMEONE ELSE NEEDS THAT INFO...SORRY CELADON, YOU DON'T HAVE TO RUN IT AGAIN I CAN FIGURE OUT THE INFORMATION MYSELF.....
