I am just 3 days from starting my 4th week back on plan and after nearly a week stall during the second week I am down 14 lbs. I didn't do the 5dpt but made the descision to start eating right and cutting out all junk food and most carbs. I try to keep carbs at about 30g a day. Each week is getting easier and I'm learning to cook somewhat in the process. The best part is that I have been home on vacation this whole week and since I am alone that typically would mean the munchies from boredom. Not so this time.
