I was reading a post yesterday about vitamins and can't find it today. The only thing I am taking is a multi-vitamin once a day and then 1500 mg. of calcium throughout the day. I do understand that your body is only capable of absorbing 50 mg. of calcium at a time and you can't take calcium with iron. But, there was talk of other vitamins...can somoene please give me some guidance in what I should be taking.
