So I take it no one is fessing up to owning one? I went to the Hawaii Chair website and it says it improves the core muscles. Just call me sucker, but I wish I had one, it looks as close to riding a bull as I ever will get.

but truly... at the office??? hehehehe.. I don't think *I* or ANYONE would get much
accomplished if I was trying to do ANYTHING while riding the bull, as you say!
I LOVE the part of the infomercials that show people sitting in a room full of other seated
folks going about their business while the one individual is gyrating wildly while reading
the newspaper... I was in tears....pheeeeeeeew!

Okay checked the you tube out and laughed. Why Hawaii Chair? Well if you stand up, put your feet together, and bend your knees a little and swing your hips.........wallah..............hawaii chair moves.

There are exercise tapes that use hula moves. It takes work to do the hula and you do use certain muscles, etc.

I have actually when I was younger...........while ironing clothes do the shaking the hips thing............but alas I now do not buy anything that I have to iron.
