i refound my pouch too, i started the 5dpt with the group on monday 1/28, i was amazed at how well i was able to stick to it and not cheat, i followed it exactly, and i am feeling full again, do not crave any carbs or feel like i want to munch, i had really gotten way off track, (which over time lead to an 80lb weight gain) now i feel like i am back in control and can do this again. by the way....12.5 lbs lost this week...amazing to me and a great motivator to keep going. thank you to everyone on this site...i wish i had known about it a long time ago, it has been a life saver this week
