Full Version: Should I Start 5dpt Over?

I posted earlier that I wasn't hungry so didn't eat 3 meals a day. I understand now why I need to. Today I had 1 egg and 1 small bowl of bean soup and I plan to eat supper. I did lose 7 lbs this week on the 5DPT. Since I didn't follow the 5 day the right way, should I redo it making sure to eat 3x/day, or just move forward making sure I get enough protein and 3 meals? Thanks. Mari

PS Thanks to all of you that posted on the nutrition site. I either didn't know or don't remember sad-smiley-018.gif what the recommendation were "back in the day" for how many proteins, carbs etc were needed.

I think you're o.k. I'd just go on and make sure to eat 3 meals and keep up with your protein & the "liquid" rules.
