4 small chiken breasts (1lb)
1/2C Salsa
4T Sour cream ( Fat Free or Low Fat)
1/2C Shredded Cheddar Cheese ( Fat Free or Low Fat)
Preheat oven to 400. Place chicken on cookie sheet. Make a few slits in each piece of chicken. Top with Salsa, sour cream. Bake 25 min . Top with cheese then bake 10 min more, or until chicken is cooked through. Seve with brown rice if you like. Sometimes I have fat free refried beans on the side. Yummy!
