Can anyone lead me to the apricot chicken recipe I can'y find it, yet I know I saw it.
It's in the cookbook that is for sale on the LAWLS site. I'm not sure if the recipe is posted here...

Just an FYI...the link that Toris posted was MY version of the original recipe that you'll find in the cookbook that you just ordered. Good for you for placing the order...it's a great book!
Side note, if you can find a low cal Catalina or Russian dressing, use it. The French made it just a wee bit too sweet.
