Hi everyone before I go out and try another calcium citrate I was taking the chews,3 aday but it is too much chewing for me lol.I want something simple.Small size that will go down easy.If you have one that is working for you could you please let me no and also where you get them.

I use Citracal with D and Magnesium, I get them at WalMart.

I use the liquid version of calcium/magnesium blueberry flavor from Puritan

just make sure whatever calcium supplement you are using---if it has vitamin D added it must be the correct type or you are wasting your time with it---it must be D3 cholecalciferol

I use the vitamin D3 + K2 dots from Twinlabs---
