Well now, something that actually lives up to the hype! Ok, it wasn't easy to find because it is still so new to the market but I have to say that this product is worth the effort.

From Amelia's post (Fruity Protein Powder) I went to the webpage she suggested and printed the coupon. Then I went all over the place yesterday trying to find it. Finally, the local GNC had it but at a different store so I had to wait til today to get it. I came home and put one packet in a 20 ounce bottle of water, shook it up.....okay, first good sign, it all dissolved and that is a real issue with protein powder. The recommended amount is 12 ounces of water for a mild taste, 8 ounces for an average taste, and 4 ounces for an intense taste. Well, for me, I even have to dilute Propel by half or it is too strong since surgery so I just put one packet in my 20 ounce water and let me tell you folks, it tastes like a liquified orange dreamsickle. I can only imagine what it would taste like full strength. No powdery taste and very smooth on my poor mistreated pouch. I have been sick to my stomach for a week because of the med problem but that will be resolved today when I see the surgeon. In the meantime, when I sip on this Orange Mango flavored Protein 2 Go, it soothes my tummy!

Thanks so much for the heads up Amelia!

You can find the Protein Pak 2go at this site

http://www.topshapesupplements.com/protein-choc-p-9195.html

for 10.99 per box of ten... That the cheapest I've seen. They have all flavors! nature-smiley-001.gif

Yall have me intrigued for sure. I am going to have to stop by GNC next time I am near one. I can't stomach my normal protein anymore and most fleshy proteins aren't agreeing either so I need all the help I can get.

angel-smiley-002.gif Celadon....such a ringing endorsement from our very own LAWLS Food Editor....wow, I feel that I have arrived! LOL! This stuff is REALLY YUMMERS though, isn't it? I had 1 myself this afternoon...MMMMM...MMMMM...GOOOOOOD! tongue0022.gif
Not only was my tummy thanking me but so were my taste buds! Truly an awesome idea! Wish there were other "fruity" flavors to choose from...maybe there will be in time.

Thanks for the on-line info Mickee...$10.99 each certainly beats $14.99 (AFTER the coupon)....and the real thanks should go to Lynn because she is the one who recommended the Designer Whey brand to all of us on another thread and I just went to their website and stumbled upon this ProteinPak2 Go...

party0002.gif Wooo Hooooo for Designer Whey!!!!!! party0003.gif

And if you think this is good, for a different type of reg Protein Powder, you should try the Jay Robb's brand Strawberry(all natural, no artificial anything and sweetened with Stevia or Xylitol)....REALLY yummers flavor too! No artificial strawberry taste and dissolves very well in milk/yogurt...

Blessings &Bon Apetit!!!
