Well, day three went about like day 2, I am thinking I will start over next monday. this will give me the weekend to get the food ready I need and get rid of the food I don't need. Also I am going to make some copies of my before pictures and place them near the candy jars at work. Maybe this will help me stay out of them. Any thoughts or other suggestions??

Lola,
It sounds like you've identified at least some of the problem! That is a great start and it will help you to set yourself up for success.
Do you have the ability to get on this website at anytime? So that you could log on here when you are feeling like you want to eat something that isn't a part of the 5 Day Pouch Test and distract yourself from eating? I did that on both Days 1 and 2. I was on here a lot on both of those days because I needed the information and support that is here. It really helped me to get through those days. (Day 2 especially!)

Best of everything to you. Keep us posted when you start again so we can encourage you and cheer you on!

Hi Lola,
Your post has had many "views", but I'm only the second response. I'm not sure what the other members are thinking, but I'll share my thoughts with you. Brace yourself...remember...these words come from the heart and are not meant to hurt feelings. More to bring awareness forward.

I am here to support you. I can not make it happen for you. If I could wish the pounds off of your body, I'd be making lots of money...Oprah would probably hire me and my magical weight loss wand. There is no such wand.

I can't make you believe in yourself. You've got to find that. Someone posted that they finally heard that "click" that went off in their head. You need to find your "click".

Are you unhappy at the weight that you're at? I mean, 35 pounds to go is not very much more weight to lose. Can you be happy here? I ask that question, because I'd much rather see you happy at this weight than go nuts trying to start something that you're not ready for...perhaps leading to a frustrating GAIN. You're a grown up and you're a good person...you get to decide what weight you want to be at. If you like this weight, be proud of it. If you don't, then don't wait another moment or justify another reason to put of to Monday what you can start right now.

It's only your choice to make. Spend some time thinking about what you really want. Then stick to a plan that will make it happen.

Best to you!
