I would like to have a day for me and weinerman to be able to forget we have kids.....!!!!!

I would buy a Luxury RV and travel around the country and have hugfests with all the Neighbors! Marla's Traveling Hugfest Tour 2008!

I have always wanted to go on the
Disney Big Red Boat Cruise!
I would invite all my friends and go to Key West, so we could be "Parrot Heads" for a weekend
We would bicycle on the strand and snorkel the blue aqua waters!
Then return to the ship and party with Mickey! YAY
(I hear Mickey's got his groove on - LOL)

I would swim in the pool with a (gulp) bathing suit! (No more shorts and t-shirts!)
and Dance, Dance, Dance with my hubby

on each side of the family!
I think that would be a life-changing opportunity, knowing more about my roots!

Win the lottery so I could buy a cruise ship and take all the people that are important to me (friends and family both) on a bike trip across Europe. We might just lose ourselves there!

Hmmm I think it would be to go on a European 2 month vacation with Mr. P. (A delayed honeymoon to forget about the adult kids!)


Hey Marla, will you babysit my critters??? I can't trust Simba alone....

Since we're just talking about blank checks here, I have to keep my miracle wishes out...like bringing back someone that is important or curing a disease that is God awful. We're dealing with an unlimited amount of money for me to use in one day. A special day to do something that I never thought was possible.

I'd grab some key people and charter a jet to fly to New York for a whirlwind shopping spree. Shoes, shoes, and more shoes! All of us would sit for a private viewing from the top fashion designers and we'd all get fashion make-overs. I'd pay for it all. Then, we'd all arrive by limo to see a Broadway show, then fly home with our packages neatly boxed up and carried into our homes. I'd then make a quick call to the local food shelter and let them know that they'd be seeing a truckload of food coming!

Dressing my friends and feeding the hungry...that's what I'd do with my blank check!

I've tried and tried to answer this, but none of the answers were right.

I would fly to Argentina, catch the ship to Antarctica, and I would run the Antartica Marathon.

Of course I will watch the critters. The boys will love spending two months with Auntie Marla!

Hmmmmm, I think I would probably go buy dh a new vehicle of his choosing...and of course myself one as well...

Then I'd get my 3 bbf gal pals and we'd have a day of of being girly...manicures, massages, pedicures and of course shopping for only the highest quality fashion items every diva dreams of.... look out PRADA, GUCCI, AND LOUIS V, breakfast @ TIFFANY'S sounds like a good idea to me....cause the GRITS(girls raised in the south) are going north!!! NYC here we come....5th Ave will never be the same after my gal pals and I visit! The bank is open and there are No Limits...whatever our hearts desire, we get! A suite at the Plaza will def be a need for storage of all our purchases of the day....and of course we can't go the the city without eating the best so we'll dine in one of NY's finest dining establishments and then.....

We'll go visit the children's hospital and hand out $100 bills to all the men, women & children....patients, parents and care-givers alike! Then just before our fabulous shopping spree ends we'll go buy 900 thread count bed linens ALL of them!!! Sheets, pillow cases, comforters etc and take them home to sleep on and recall our day of blissful pampering, shopping, eating, sharing...

Wow I have found this quite hard. Only 1 day to spend the money but so many things I want to do

1st I would get my mother what ever treatment or miracle cures she needs to ease her pain. Mostly from arthritis and osteoarthritis. She also has diabetes and sleep apnea. I want to give her the rest of her days pain free so she can carry on enjoying life. My mum is morbibly obese but at nearly 77 not a candidate for WLS.

2nd I would pay for my MO sister to have WLS. She says she could never do what I've done but I think secretly she'd like to. Her husband would be a terrible food policeman, would criticise her food choices and moan about the waste of money on the surgery if she ate something "naughty".

3rd I'd pay for whatever treatment my son needs for his newly diagnosed depression. A real concern when my baby lives over 3 hours away

4th I'd buy my husband the car of his dreams and might just shout myself one too. Oh and I'd buy us a house! I'm sick of renting

5th I'd book a world tour for myself and take 6 months or more to go to Europe and of course I'd have to come to the states for a major hugfest!

Well those are in order of priority.

Maybe I really should start buying lottery tickets.

Someone has to win these things.
