cool0012.gif I am determined to get back on track. Can I do it? I went from 283 to 159 in 203-2004 and this morning weighed 193. It scares me so much. I've had some major life events so I've gotten on track. Any support/suggestions would be appreciated. I would love to get back to 170 and my size 12's.

Hi, you're in the right place! There's a bunch of us that just started yesterday (this is my 2nd time). Come on over and join us! Just wait, you'll be so pleasantly surprised at how you gain the control back!

Kayakgal,
Welcome to the neighborhood! sign0016.gif
My suggestion: check out the information about the 5 day pouch test (link on upper left of screen). It is designed to put you back in touch w/ your pouch and get you off any bad carbs you have been slipping into your food plan. Follow it exactly as it is written and you will have those lbs back off in no time. Note: the 5dpt is not intended for weight loss, although that may be an added result, but to get you back to where you can start losing again.

Good luck!

I hope that you have great results from the 5DPT, like I did.
Following "After the 5DPT" will take your regain off in no time!

Hi,
I am new here today, so this is my first day on the 5DPT. I have gained 40 from my all time low of 145. I really would like to lose 20 to put me where I am able to fit in my clothes again. Right now everything is so TIGHT! I wish you luck. I am so happy to find a support site where I don't feel like I have failed. It is nice to know I am not the only one that has gained some of the weight lost.

YOU ALL ARE AWESOME!!!

I am sending you support as well. I, too, am on day 2 with the goal of getting back on track. You can do! Remember all of the determination it took to get this tool. Use that same determination to fight off these extra pounds. Between the information on the plan and support from these people we can all win this battle.

Everyone is so pumped up and I love it. I feel better today than I did yesterday because I cannot hide from myself. I AM going to do this and I AM going to succeed! When I have doubts or feel weak, I pop on here for encouragement. I advise you to do the same.

Let's continue to be there for each other. It is truly a blessing!!

BTW: I have found a way to pep up my Protein2Go drink mix -- I added cinnamon/apple tea (freshly made), a touch of splenda, juice from a lemon, ice and blended. Yesterday, my mind told me that I wouldn't be able to stomach it, but I changed my "mind" and now I can cool0012.gif
