When I did the 5dpt the first time(3 weeks ago) I lost 7 lbs,went from 144 to 137 then back to 139 that next week.
Today after the 2nd 5dpt (last week) I am 136, so 3 lbs. I knew not to expect a HUGE loss this time(but 3 lbs is 3lbs!!).
What I did lose though in these past 3 weeks is 7.5 inches(total),,I measure alot of things so thats not too bad to lose from all over.
What I gained was strength and the know how to use my pouch again. The rest will follow.
Today,just the same as the other days I get my workout shoes on and get to workin out. I'm just going to keep on trudging on. I have 9 lbs to my goal weight( why is it the last few lbs are so stubborn????) After working out this morning I walked into the kitchen and wanted something sweet. I looked at the still unopeded box of hershey minis,stood there in front of them and then grabbed a banana and ate about a 3in pc. At that very moment I said to myself,,,GOOD JOB!! WEIGH TO GO!! YOU ARE STRONG!! YOU CAN MAKE GOOD CHOICES!!!
8 days and counting til my plastic surgery!!!
