Yes, I made it to day two, it was ruff yesterday because I had eaten a lot of carbs the day before so I'll be doing another day of liquids, because I had fruit and a slice of protein bread (no flour bread it is a sprouted wheat, very low on the GI) any woo, I posted what I ate yesterday and I will post what I’ll eat today… to keep me honest. I need all the support and best wishes from all of you…I did come on line a lot yesterday to read posting in the hood to keep me inspirited
