I think the big things for me are the water, and not drinking with meals. The habite we got into are so hard to break. We went out for fajitas and my first instinct was to grab some chips. I also found myself reaching for the water after every bite! Ack! No wonder I was gaining. I'm gonna say it again...this plan has been a life saver! I want to do one more week to make sure I really hammer home these new, good habits!
