Monday will be THREE years since my surgery. No regrets at all. I would do it all over again with the knowledge I have acquired since my surgery. I still feel great. I started out around 300 pounds before my surgery, got as low as 155 after having complications from a hernia repair two years ago. The is a lot lower than I really should be at 6'-1" tall. I now hover between 170 and 175, which is where I want to be.
Over the holidays I gained about 3 pounds, so last week I did the 5DPT. I didn't think it was difficult. I am finding that things have indeed tightened up and I have better portion control. It is a great plan, and I encourage everybody to do it when they gain a couple of pounds. Don't wait until you have gained a couple of dozen pounds if you can help it.
My health is much better. I haven't been to the doctor in a long time... except for my routine check-ups with my weight-loss center. Blood work looks great. I feel great.
Now, I just need to get out and do some fun things to take advantage of my good health and this new body!!!

MOUJ, Happy surgiversary! Keep up the good living!
NA, Happy upcoming surgiversary and I say, "good for you!" I'm always proud of my friends & family who take the time to have their checkups, even when the tests aren't so much fun. I totally believe that if you're going to get something, finding it early is best.
