My letter has come to confirm my opp date it is the 5th march at thornbury in sheffield I have to book in at 16.00 so wonder if it is on the 5th or the 6th well least I have confirmation now start my milk diet on sunday so countdown has began
well though you all should know striaght away after 3 yrs of jumping through hope and doing all there tasks its nearly time for a new begining

Congratulations on getting your confirmation. I have you on my WLS prayer list for 3/5 & will ask God to take care of 3/6 also, just in case that's the surgery date.

Why are you doing a milk diet. I just had surgery on 1/30/08 and cut out caffiene to avoid headaches. I had met with a nutritionist and change some eating habits but never heard of a milk diet.....so what is a milk diet??
