Hi all! I am trying this again. I got to day 4 last week and lost 4 pounds, so I know it works. Valentine's Day tripped me up. I am a teacher and I have no will power. Thise kiddies were very generous with their treats and my diet paid the price! So I am back on this week where there should be no more temptations!I gained back some weight, but am still lower than I was last Monday so that's a good start! Is anyone else starting today? Good Luck! I would also love some tips from those of you who have made it past the five days and beyond........................... If I don't get my eating in check I will be back where I started three years ago.

It sounds like you are ready and it is good to take back control!
Remember to drink your water, always try to have it close by so you can take a drink when you think about it.

Good luck, I started this afternoon also! (I work night shift, worked last night so starting now that I have woken up!) I plan to do the liquids for the remainder of today, tues and wed then go on from there.. give me 2.5 good days of protein shakes. Keep us posted! I lost 8 lbs last time. I can only hope for that this time.. would be awesome. I am up 11.5 from my absolute lowest. argh... No more WLS cruises! BAD!
