Cher,
I'm glad you have come to the neighborhood. Welcome.
There is hope! Read everything you can find on here about the 5 Day Pouch Test. You'll find it in the library, on posts, and there is a link button on the top left of the screen. This test can be a great tool to get you back in touch with your pouch and illiminate any bad habits that have slipped into your eating. Note: it is not a weight loss tool; it is a tool to do what I just stated. A lot of people seem to think it is for weight loss and a lot of people seem to think the rules can be messed with. The thing to do is to read all about it, get the foods you need, and do it exactly as written. Once you get through the test and onto a regular routine again, you will take off the rest of those nasty lbs.
You can do it! We will be here cheering you on to success!!

Hi Cher,
Welcome. I'm sorry you've been having a bad time and are depressed. But you're in the right place. Everyone here understands. Read about the 5dpt, I just did it the week before last and it really will get you back in touch with your pouch and feel that familiar full feeling. Are you exercising? That will help you also of course. You'll find a lot of support and wisdom here, just read, read, read and you will learn!
You're not alone.

Hi Cher and welcome!
Hope is what our neighborhood is all about. And the hope results from
seeing good results from working the program. Ask lots of questions,
read everything you can find on the site and stop questioning your
ability to lose. Go to the 5 day pouch test. Begin there and don't
second guess the rules. Follow the rules and a new positive way
of thinking about the post-WLS way of life will transform you! Keep
us posted!

Nope, no yogurt. If you're going to do it, stick to the program to a T. There's plenty of recipes for variety if you get bored!
Hang in there! You can do it!
