Hi everyone,

OK time for a question that has been consuming my brain.. laughing-smiley-011.gif

During the liquids stage..we are consuming a small amount of calories...most likely under 1000 calories....and if we exercise..aren't our bodies going to go into starvation mode and latch onto the weight?

You shouldn't be going into "starvation mode"
If you are having your 60+ grams of protein you should be fine.
The Soups have good health fat in them too.
SF Pudding has milk.
Re-read the list and see how you can pump up your protein.
No Starving here! LOL

What is your usual calories a day. Mine is 1200-1300 for losing...

It's easy to stay on course with the plan.

I don't think you've got to worry about this for the very short span of the 5dpt. If you're planning on doing this for a while, maybe.
