What a great idea to get a group to work together with the challenge. The date didn't work for me and the amount of exercise.

Anyone interested in doing this similar thing along with me - let me know. See below.

Start Thursday - Feb. 21
Journal what you eat - EVERYTHing
Include your exercise in your journal.
Committment: 15-20 minutes minimum 3-4 days a week of Exercise

I need this and look forward to work with you to keep us going.

Hey girl, it doesn't matter to me if you start Monday, Tues, or thurs. Bottom line....pick a week and do it!!! You're welcome to join us on the other thread if you'd like to...I myself and starting tomorrow am (Tues).

Here's to a productive week.....one that will toughen us up and get us where we want to be!

Hi Jennifer Lynn,

Congratulations on starting day 1. I'm finding it easier than I thought. A good piece of advice (not that you asked) is that if you get a carb-withdrawal headache, eat 1/2 an apple.

Thanks for reminding me about exercise. I've only done it once this week--30 min on eliptical. I'm hereby commiting to do it again tonight.
