Just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I am coming up on my 4th year after WLS. I was 300 down to 93lbs (that wasn't pretty!!) and now around 150. I am 5'6''. My life has completely changed since surgery...some good, some bad. I have went through a whirl wind and am here for support, tips, and help on maintaining my weight. I thank goodness I found this site because I want to know if I am the only one out there who is experiencing the things I am. I have tons of questions, so watch out on the boards! hehe! I look forward to meeting all of you and will try to figure out my tags and signature soon.

Now that your at 150...that sounds like a much better weight for 5'6 than does 93lbs.

you have come to the right place for support, knowledge, understanding, a swift kick in the bottom and friends that will help you with anything they can.........read up in the library and read others blogs you will find out that someone has gone through it and can give you advice.....now get busy and start asking and reading....hugs
