I started the 5DPT today.
This is what I ate today:
3cups coffee
2 Achieve One protein drinks
48oz Chrystal Lite Iced Tea
Protein pudding~created using the receipe on this site...finished the entire thing by the end of the evening...was that too much to eat in one day?
2 cups-Pumpkin soup~1cup at supper, 1cup at 9p.
1 container sugar-free jell-o
I am in such a snacky, gotta have something to eat mood after 8p.
Was what I ate for day 1 o.k.? Is there something I should eat that I didn't, should I have more protein? I can't get over how angry my tummy is after eating the pumpkin soup...very gurggly.

You are doing great! Only 1 more day of liquids then it's on to soft proteins...you will be pleasantly surprised and shocked at how little it takes to fill you on days 3-5....AMAZING!!! Hang in there!
