Has anyone tried this system???? Did you see results? Was it difficult to endure?

I have psoriatic arthritis and fibromalygia and I'm in pretty good shape with the help of medication and consitent exercising. I'm at the gym well over an hour 5-6 days per week, with 40 minutes of cardio and use of resistance machines. I'm seeing very little sculpting or definition. In fact I'm seeing little rolls and pockets of fat...only visible to me and my husband, but I would like to know if this system is worth the cost.

Are you getting your protein in? Could be that you aren't getting enough....just a thought

Oh definitely...getting about 120 gram of protein a day and taking lots of supplements to boot. I think my issue has more to do with muscle plateau as described on the P90X infomertial. I'm just wondering if anyone has tried this. I'm 6 1/2 years out from surgery have maintained 110-112 for 4 years and wear a size 2. Other then my abs, I don't feel much definition in my arms or legs. I would like to sculpt....and I'm not going to artifical means to achieve it. I want to see if this program really has merit.

Do you have access to a trainer at the gym? They may know how to get the definition you are looking for.
