As a few of you know I am currently on day 3. ..YAY
As of 3:00 PST I have had the following food and drink
5 Tequila shots....chips and salsa...no no wait...... just kiddinggg
I have had:
Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs lightly dusted with salt..mmmm
32oz water (30-45 min afterwards)
Lunch - 1 6oz can of albacore tuna with a squirt of lemon juice and a couple splashs of hot sauce
17oz water
snack- (I think this was out of bordem..bad bad me) 1 egg
17 oz water
For dinner I am going to have trhe salmon loaf from day 3 recipes
One of my major challenges is that I work with a lot of young men (tech support) and these boys can eat junk all damn day and still be paper thin. This place is a fast food haven, I have never seen a day go by without loads of various fast foods.
So my tuna and eggs gathered little support from these kids...o wellll
BUT I am leaving for home now and I did it..I think the 1 extra egg for snack beats the few bites of fast food continually offered to me by these guys..=)
