I have to say that yes I did the 5 DPT, got in touch with my pouch, and I started eating protein first, drinking only 30 before and after a meal, doing great with that. But I have had a few days where I ate food that I should not have, Candy and not lean meats. WOW did my body react. Before starting the 5 DPT I was eating everything and drinking with my meals. I was having digestion problems and wondering why, NOW I know why, since I don't really dump the way I used to, I just forgot about it. Now that I did the 5 DPT I understand that the bad digestion is my bodies way of dumping. I need to eat lean meats, the sausage that I put in the pumpkin soup did not agree with me, so i will not be eating sausages. NO more candy not even a piece, I allow myself just one or two pieces of candy, not a candy bar, but I need to stop, this will be very hard for me but I can do it. I also cannot eat after 7pm at night, I found that this too upsets my pouch and digestion. I do not want to make excuses for myself. I need to get real. I still have 50 pounds to let go of.

I have not shared my life on this site but I am without a home, without a job having to stay at various friends homes until I get a job and a room to rent. So it is hard eating right but like Toris told me when everything else seems out of control, take control of my food.
I need all your love and support, just throw it at me

Azuquita... post as often as you can and there will be flocks of folks here for you.
Your health hangs in the balance. You are in such tough times right now, if you
can focus on being as healthy as you can be, eating as well as possible, that's
doing a lot. Love to you.

Well, you're a real she row in my book! (female hero)... Keep hanging on to the eating rules. They really have helped me through dark times. Having one thing be normal kind of helps you have an anchor for all the chaos blowing around you.
Sending you cyber hugs!
