OK gang...Day 5 came and went....stepped on the scale and I lost 5lbs...pretty good..

I was kind of expecting a little more...now don't scold me...see the thing is that I was eating ALOT before this test...carbs...anythinng actually...so by severely limiting what I WAS having...no I didn't go hungry on this test and the test woked...but the difference in the amount and quality of food intake was significant.
The only thing that I didn't do on this 5 day test was exercise. I have been sick this week and with the carb withdraw on top of that left me not wanting to do anytinhg but veg.
I am hoping by continuing with day 5-6 on a long term basis that I will lose weight. I am going to start exercising Monday...want to make sure that I am over this yucky sinus thing

That is one thing about eliminating the carbs in your life...they sort of fire up the body to be able to exercise, ya know what I mean? When you go to an "all protein" stretch, you just sort of feel "blob like". At least that is my experience. So, as you start adding back some carbs (like veggies, fruits and whole grains) be sure to take advantage of the natural "boost" and get that body moving! When you feel the lift in your spirit, jump up and dance! That's what carbs do for me...they make me WANT to smile, dance, walk, run, jump...LIVE!
